Do you move money or make salary payments on our behalf?
We register your company on WPS, prepare the payroll, and share the total amount for you to transfer. Once the funds reach the WPS provider, we process the salaries through the portal and release them to your employees.
How early do you need payroll information each month?
Ideally we receive final changes at least a few working days before your agreed pay date. This gives time to prepare the file, handle any issues on the portal and avoid delays around weekends or public holidays.
Can you help us register for WPS if we are not yet on the system?
Yes. We support mainland and free zone companies with the initial WPS registration and adding employees, so you can start processing salaries through the approved channel.
Q4. What happens when a new employee joins or someone leaves?
You share the updated details and effective dates with us. We add new joiners or mark leavers as inactive on the payroll so they are treated correctly in the next WPS file.
Do employees get payslips every month?
Yes. Once the WPS processing is complete we provide payslips for each employee so they can see their salary and allowances breakdown for that month.
